Role purpose
Lead the
education delivery system and help make Pennylane users autonomous at scale. You set direction, orchestrate priorities, and ensure education ships with every major release—fast, consistent, and measured—across Help Center, Academy, Forum, in‑app, and program assets. You proactively collect needs, define priorities, set objectives, orchestrate production, and measure impact. You own the full content lifecycle, the standards, and the continuous improvement that keeps us ahead as we scale.
Missions and responsibilities
1) Set the User education delivery strategy
- Define the quarterly education roadmap in partnership with Product, Education Programs, and Business teams
- Identify opportunities to improve user autonomy through new formats, channels, or workflows
- Drive innovation projects : experimentation (A / B tests), new learning formats (interactive, AI-assisted), process improvements
- Make trade-offs visible : prioritize ruthlessly across competing demands and communicate the "why"
2) Build the education delivery system and lead the people who power it
3) Orchestrate and scale the content lifecycle (end‑to‑end owner)

We're working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.

Notre équipe Tech se compose d'environ 230 personnes (Ingénieurs Backend, Fullstack et Frontend, Engineering Managers et Senior Engineering Managers)
Chaque ingénieur fait partie d’une squad dédiée à un périmètre spécifique du produit, sous la responsabilité d’un Engineering Manager et en étroite collaboration avec un Product Manager et un Product Designer.
Chaque squad réunit toutes les compétences nécessaires pour concevoir, développer et livrer des fonctionnalités de bout en bout, en totale autonomie.
