Role description :
The Key Account Manager Vertical Markets will acquire and grow selected Key Accounts with repeatable, high volume and profitable business growth potential. You will execute the aligned account strategy and measure its success with appropriate KPI’s.
Role responsibilities :
- You will use your professional sales skills to achieve and exceed the sales quota and business targets as assigned.
- Define a strategy plan per Key Account and align it with all necessary stakeholders. Derive critical tasks and execute accordingly. Constantly monitor the progress of the strategy and implement corrective measures as required.
- Identify, qualify, propose and close new business opportunities at your assigned key accounts.
- Monitor the delivery and implementation of your opportunities to make sure that customer’s expectations are met and customer satisfaction is assured.
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders internally as well as with distribution partners to ensure the best possible business success and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to business success by providing market intelligence on vertical market segments (including information on business partners, competitors and key applications).
