Job Description
My client is a Premier Yacht Management Company, dedicated to providing exceptional services to yacht owners and charter clients. Based in the picturesque South of France, they pride themselves on delivering top-tier management solutions, ensuring their clients' vessels are maintained to the highest standards and their experiences at sea are unparalleled.
Position Overview :
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with their discerning clientele, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalised and responsive service.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences, and tailor our services to meet those requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments (technical, crew, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned yachts, including maintenance, operations, and compliance.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client events and charters.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on yacht performance and client satisfaction.
