Are you ready to lead the consulting division of a company shaping the future of Renewable Energy

Our client a recognized leader in engineering and consultancy services for the Renewable Energy market is seeking an experienced Consulting Director to spearhead the development of their consultancy business.

About the Role

As Consulting Director you will be at the forefront of building and expanding the consulting offerings of the business. Leveraging a solid reputation for technical excellence and innovation you will work closely with clients consultants and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development : Define and implement the consulting business strategy identifying market opportunities and expanding the client portfolio.
  • Client Engagement : Analyze client needs lead the commercial process negotiate offers and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership : Oversee and mentor a team of Key Account Managers ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Project Oversight : Monitor ongoing missions ensuring high standards of delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Recruitment & Contracts : Lead recruitment processes negotiate consultant contracts and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Proven track record in consultancy or business development ideally in the Renewable Energy or related sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams and clients alike.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and delivering results.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English and French .
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
