Description de posteBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury fashion sales, with a focus on haute couture. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, French would be advantageous.
Job Description
A very exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Relationship Manager / Sales Manager who has a background in the Haute Couture sector. This is an opportunity to work for a fabulous brand, building relationships with their exclusive, international client base and continuing to expand the brand. You will oversee sales operations in a designated market. You will be responsible for managing all sales operations, drafting, and implementing business plans to achieve agreed sales targets, developing relationships with clients, and expanding the market in targeted regions.
Main Responsibilities will include :

- Develop and execute business plans to meet sales targets, focusing on expanding market presence in targeted regions.
- Cultivate client relationships, providing exceptional service to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure adequate inventory based on market requirements.
- Implement pricing policies effectively under management guidance.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales team members to align with sales objectives and provide support.
- Provide weekly sales performance and client engagement reports to management.
- Collaborate with existing clients to leverage sales opportunities and foster growth.
