Are you ready to join us

We are looking for an amazing intern to join our marketing team! Report to Hera our Senior CRM Manager in Paris.

The CRM team works together with other experts from the brand & marketing team but also with Business Product and Engineering teams. We are responsible for delivering the right message to the right person at the right moment through different channels like emails push notifications and inapps.

As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on marketing campaigns and transactional communications in all markets we operate.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT) :

• Propose and implement content and design improvements to our transactional emails. This includes working with engineering teams to use data to effectively embed personalization into our transactional CRM communications thereby increasing their engagement.
• Lead the creation and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns working closely with our brand business and design teams.
• Conduct A / B testing and analyze results to provide recommendations to the team for strategic improvements.
• Provide support on CRM automation to identify areas for increased process efficiency leverage that to provide dynamic personalized content to users
