We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are seeking a CRM Manager, Acquisition to drive customer engagement and growth in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that convert leads into loyal customers. You will leverage data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey, improve retention, and maximize lifetime value. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Build out lead gen capture in collaboration with DTC website team to increase CRM leads file for UK, France, Germany, and Spain
- Increase CRM-driven DTC revenue by 10% YoY
- Standardize CRM journeys, leveraging best practices from Americas CRM
