Overview of the team

The "Organization Design officer" is part of the Organization, Process and Data Department; the Organization team’s objectives are to :

• Ensure an overarching view on our TOM (Target Operating Model), and a clear link with the organizational design
• Ensure end-to-end view on our organizational design, in sync with our strategy and processes
• Accompany all managers across the organization to optimize their organization

As a member of the Organization, Process and Data Department, the Organization design officer will more specifically focus on AXA GO organization / position management, end-to-end reorganization process and projects impacting GO organization :
