Description de posteEnsure that the tendering process responds to the needs and specs of the project. Focus the construction with the goals (Schedule Cost Scope and Quality) and specifications defined for each project within the area of responsibility Work in a collaborative way with all areas involved in the construction and startup of the project. Respect the work instructions that apply to the position according to the Quality and Environment System. Manage the tendering process evaluate different alternatives and proposing the best one based on project goals (schedule cost scope and quality). Coordinate and manage the construction process ensuring the construction complies with the goals (Schedule Cost Scope and Quality) and specifications defined for each project within the area of responsibility (Fish Food or Maintenance) in coordination with Functional Maintenance (in the first step) Functional Production / Construction (in the last two steps) and the Project Leader (from the beginning). Identify weaknesses or errors in design and / or construction and propose solutions to resolve them and / or improve operations in coordination with Functional Construction Design Area and the Project Leader. Coordinate and manage the cold start up (without fish) in coordination with Functional Construction and the Project Leader; Collaborate during the startup (with fish) with the needs identified during the process. Responsible for reporting along the construction startup and closure. Development of technical documentation for grants. It includes the application the followup the supervision during and after the concession and its closing. University degree in Civil works engineering building or industrial engineering. Studies in project management are a plus. At least 35 years of experience in industrial construction supervision. Experience in digital tools. Mandatory knowledge of local civil and industrial regulations that is experience on construction sites in France. Multidisciplinary knowledge and experience : industrial sandy soil movement building (prefabricated structures precast concrete) common electrical installations (such as fire protection) hydraulics (water treatment purifiers filtration pumps piping sanitation). Mandatory proficiency in Spanish French and / or English. Be able to supervise a large project and have an overall vision of it. Be able to work with main contractors and multidisciplinary teams. Analytic and critical mindset.

PTC Group is recruiting an Industrial Construction Supervisor & Site Manager for a client company in the sustainable fish farming sector focused on opportunities in logistics distribution and aquaculture.
Mission
Ensure that refurbishment of the facilities comply with the company strategy related to the expansion and innovation acting as supervisor of the entire construction project and aligning all parts with its goal.
The company wants to invest an amount of money to change the equipment and the different installations aiming to improve all the farm (estimated cost : 9M).
- Division : Operations
- Area or Department : Engineering & Maintenance
- Need to travel : only in Anglet and Bayonne France; no international travels needed
- Reports to : & Startup Manager and Project Leader
- Work regime : 100% in person 39 hours a week.
- 80% of the work involves dealing with main contractors in the field; then it also includes the purchase management and implementation of industrial equipment.
- Estimated start and duration of project : early 2025 around 18 months; after this one the person will be assigned to other projects.
