Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

The Game Tech team at Homa builds tools and services that are instrumental to our games' success, from A / B testing infrastructure to advanced segmentation layers and analytics pipelines. Many of these solutions are complex, data-intensive, and require constant fine-tuning to operate at scale.

As a Game Tech Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the impact and performance of these tools. Your work will directly influence how our internal teams build, optimize, and operate games. You’ll provide critical insight to guide decision-making, troubleshoot issues, and identify high-leverage opportunities across our technical ecosystem.

Drive Data-Driven Decisions

• Evaluate and prioritize technical initiatives based on quantitative impact (e.g., is it worth investing in a new segmentation model?).
• Develop models and reports to estimate the business value of technical features and improvements.
• Monitor the rollout and adoption of key services or tool features across the game portfolio.
