Your main work in the Claims team consists of listening, questioning and understanding in order to determine, structure and document both the current status of the specialist department and the requirements of stakeholders. You are therefore the important link between the claims department and the IT team. When do you start? Ideally from now!

That's what you're planning ...

• You will be responsible for consulting, analysis and documentation of technical requirements for the optimization and further development of process design for the composite claims system landscape.
• You help develop the use of new technologies, such as Camunda, OpenShift / Docker.
• You contribute to the design of a future-proof damage roadmap with strategic importance.
• With your analyses, you are able to recognize patterns and correlations, derive statements, solution scenarios and recommendations for action and communicate these in a way that is appropriate for the recipient.
• You work with highly motivated teams with a high level of expertise
• You can expect excellent cooperation with the Claims department
