B2B Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales to B2B partners in France and Maghreb.

Responsibilities :

• Create expand and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution managing campaigns that promote Ajax products within the framework of the Regional Business Plan.
• Drive B2B marketing activities : promotions exhibitions seminars webinars certification courses case studies presentations trade marketing activities professional media publications motivation programs etc.
• Report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments to increase efficiency.
• Develop and update marketing materials; contribute to the creation of partner development tools by presenting regional market needs and features.
• Monitor the implementation of marketing policies in the distribution channel ensuring delivery of all existing marketing materials and tools (created by Ajax HQ) to business partners.
• Conduct deep analysis of partners businesses and local market insights to generate ideas for growing Ajaxs share and sales with each partner.
• Collaborate with marketing product and sales managers on the partner side to strengthen Ajaxs presence and sales.
• Ensure effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather regional product feedback and needs sharing information with the R&D team.
• Manage marketing budgets and oversee the project approval process.
• Hold regular meetings with partners and maintain close alignment with the sales team.
