WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Retail Buying Intern at Acne Studios you will support the Buying team (crosscategory) in driving commercial performance across regions. You will contribute to sales analysis collection feedback product performance monitoring and buying session preparation. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams (Visual Merchandising Planning Supply Chain Retail) to ensure our collections resonate instore and with our customers.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES :

1. Performance & Product Analysis

• Update performance reports and forecasts to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Monitor daily / weekly sales and stock performance across all regions.
• Analyze sellthrough rates bestsellers slow movers and propose actions (transfers replenishments markdowns).

2. Buying Sessions Support

• Assist in the preparation and followup of seasonal buying sessions.
• Prepare final buying report for regional teams and key HQ stakeholders.

3. Crossfunctional Collaboration

• Liaise daily with regional teams for product feedback and operational updates.
• Coordinate with central teams : Merchandising Planning Supply Chain and Visual Merchandising.

Specific personal qualities for this role :

Business school fashion school or engineering school student (Bac 4 / 5

Strong analytical skills datadriven mindset

Proficient in Excel

Fluent in English (written & spoken); French is a plus

First experience in merchandising buying or retail is appreciated

Passionate about fashion and luxury strong product sensitivity
