Loft flies multiple satellites per year, is a growing company, and is looking for a thermal engineer to join the Mission Analysis and Engineering team.

About this Role :

• Thermal architecture of small spacecraft's payload accommodations modules
• Thermal modeling and analysis of spacecraft and payloads
• Work closely with design engineers to implement thermal designs
• Design and execute thermal test plans for spacecraft and sub-system / component level
• Thermal model validation activities using test and flight data
• Cross-disciplinary engineering across all levels of a satellite program
• Working on the development of thermal and system analysis tools
• Managing the procurement of thermal hardware with suppliers (MLIs, thermal straps, TIM)
