Description de posteDesign and implement CI / CD pipelines to automate integration and deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI. Automate infrastructure management and configuration / deployment workflows with tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Monitor, manage, and optimize the performance, security, and availability of applications in on-premise environments. Design and deploy containerized solutions using Kubernetes and associated orchestration tools. Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring their security, availability, and performance. Guide teams in migrating applications to container-based microservices architectures. Provide expert-level support in deploying and maintaining complex systems using TAS, TKGI, and Rancher. Assist teams in troubleshooting critical incidents and ensuring the stability of on-premise environments. Contribute to the strategic evolution of infrastructure to align with business goals and technological advancements. Mentor and coach development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to enhance their skills and adopt best practices. Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the teams. Encourage cross-functional communication and collaboration to align technical initiatives with strategic objectives. Define and lead the technical strategy for on-premise infrastructure, DevOps practices, and Kubernetes adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure evolution with business needs and objectives. Identify and drive opportunities for automation, efficiency, and optimization in infrastructure and development processes. Expertise in on-premise platforms and tools, including TAS, TKGI, and Rancher. Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI / CD pipelines, and tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters and containerized solutions. Proficiency in infrastructure automation, monitoring, and performance optimization. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve technical challenges and incidents. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in a senior technical role with expertise in on-premise infrastructure, DevOps, and Kubernetes. Certifications in relevant tools and platforms (e.g., TAS, Kubernetes, Terraform) are a plus.

We are seeking a Senior Architect with deep expertise in infrastructure technologies, DevOps practices, and platforms such as TAS, TKGI, and Rancher. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and resilient on-premise infrastructure while coaching and mentoring teams to continuously improve development and operational processes.
