2. Description of the department

The Client Service team acts alongside with Sales teams as a key interface with Alts clients for all noninvestment matters including reporting. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team on its day to day tasks and projects with a specific focus on KYC / AML data administration and documents dissemination.

3. The main responsibilities of the role

Assist Client Service team in their day to day tasks and in particular :

Participate to the onboarding process of AIM Alts clients : set up clients in AXA IM referentials set up reports sending in AXAIM tools etc

Monitor the delivery of the financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients

Support any project aiming at improving the service (new services improvement of operationnal efficiency reduce operationnal risk...)

4. Profile

Education / Qualifications

Postgraduate studies in Finance Management Engineering or Real Estate

Experience

Proven interest in real estate (any previous internship within asset management or with a focus on real estate would be considered as a plus)

Competencies

Accomplished interpersonal skills ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment

Autonomous initiative entrepreneurial and result driven culture

Strong analytical and synthesis capacity

Verbal and written communications and presentation skills

Creative thinking capability to develop innovative solutions

Fluent in English
