Public Finance Reform Expert (EU Fiscal Framework) Location : Europe Duration : Up to 12 months Estimated Workload : Short- to medium-term engagement About the Opportunity : We are creating a pool of Public Finance Reform Experts for a new FWC Contract : EC-SG REFORM / 2025 / OP / 0001 : Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities : Provide strategic input on the design of support packages aligned with EU fiscal recommendations. Develop reform roadmaps and action plans for implementation of CSRs. Ensure coordination between line ministries and improve oversight structures for fiscal reform. Monitor implementation and develop metrics for progress tracking. Qualifications : Master’s degree in public administration, economics, finance, or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of experience in public finance reform or EU policy implementation. Expertise in developing policy and institutional frameworks for fiscal oversight. Experience with international cooperation or technical assistance projects preferred.
