We're looking for a Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to develop and implement strategies and initiatives that align Axway's business goals with its environmental, societal, and ethical responsibilities.

Your responsibilities :

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Stakeholders & Investors Engagement, this person will lead various CSR related projects and his / her responsibilities will include :

• Execute the CSR strategy defined with the general management, monitoring of quantified objectives and project activation with the relevant stakeholders;
• Coordinate and animate the dedicated working group, action plan follow-up and regulatory reporting (including annual CSR Report and carbon assessment);
• Identify, generate, and share stories that communicate the value of Axway's CSR programs to internal and external stakeholders aligning CSR initiatives to key business priorities;
• Monitor regulation & news, oversee and provide tracking, benchmarking and reporting of all aspects of CSR programs;
• Response to requests related to tenders & certifications, management of CSR rating agencies, service providers, consultant and partners;
• Represent Axway at CSR events and external working groups.

First and foremost, this role is an ice breaker leading the charge in taking action to execute on Axway's CSR initiatives. Leading by example is a key tenet for success within this role. This role also requires a strong ability to collect data, assess information, analyse, synthesize, and provide recommendations. The person in charge must have a deep understanding of Axway's activities, including their impacts and constraints, as well as the stakeholders, risks, societal and environmental impacts associated with Axway's activities.
