Job Description - Project Administrator / Engineering Assistant (COL00GD) :

For our office in Cologne we are looking for an : Engineering Assistant

Your tasks :

As an Engineering Assistant, you will play a key role within our company. You will report direct to our Engineering Director. You will be responsible for efficient coordination and communication within the engineering team and to drive forward and implement topics on your own responsibility.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Scheduling and managing appointments for the engineering team.
  • Organizing and leading meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Taking responsibility for tasks, from the idea to implementation.
  • Creating, maintaining and updating technical documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assisting in project coordination and monitoring project milestones.
  • Coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • General secretarial tasks.

What we expect :

We are looking for proactive candidates who bring the following qualifications and skills :

  • Completed vocational or technical education.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills in German and English language.
  • Technical understanding and the ability to comprehend and edit technical documents.
  • Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
