Description de posteDrive and oversee the implementation of transfer pricing policies documentation and intercompany agreements across the group. Manage VAT / GST compliance and planning across Europe India and other jurisdictions. Ensure correct application of withholding taxes on cross-border flows (royalties services dividends interest). Develop and monitor IP structuring and licensing models aligned with business operations and OECD guidance. Lead and develop a small tax team and coordinate with finance legal and business units. Oversee corporate tax filings and compliance processes in all jurisdictions in collaboration with Finance. Manage relationships with tax authorities external advisors and auditors worldwide. Ensure robust tax reporting under IFRS and local GAAP requirements. Monitor global tax developments (OECD EU US India Africa etc.) and assess their impact. Implement strong internal controls processes and systems for tax risk management. Lead responses to tax audits disputes and negotiations. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on structuring commercial arrangements cross-border transactions and new business initiatives. Support pricing R&D and go-to-market strategies with proactive tax input. Advanced degree in Tax Accounting Finance or Tax Law; professional qualification (e.g. CTA DEC ACCA CPA) strongly preferred. 1215 years experience in international tax ideally in a global software / technology group or Big 4 advisory combined with in-house leadership. Proven expertise in transfer pricing VAT withholding tax and IP structuring. Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines EU tax directives and U.S. international tax rules. Demonstrated leadership in managing global tax functions and teams. Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; French proficiency highly desirable. Overview
We are now seeking an experienced and strategic Global Head of Tax to lead our global tax function and ensure compliance efficiency and risk management across our global footprint.
Role Overview
The Global Head of Tax will design lead and implement 74Softwares worldwide tax strategy ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations optimizing the groups effective tax rate and supporting business growth through proactive tax planning. This role requires deep expertise in corporate taxation transfer pricing VAT / GST withholding taxes corporate income tax and intellectual property structuring as well as strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
The role will be based in Paris or another key European hub (Paris London Brussels) with regular travel to Paris for executive and team interactions.

- Advise the CFO executive leadership and Board on tax implications of strategic decisions M&A financing and cross-border structures.
