Our operating model gathers the three security disciplines Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security & Safety. Our security mission is to ensure that AXA is safe, secure and resilient.AXA Group Security, as part of AXA GO, defines the security strategy, standards and provides assurance to the Group on the security maturity of all entities across AXA. In its role, it also supports our professional family in entities in maintaining their security posture and respond and coordinate responses to crisis.This is accomplished through four strategic levers :

PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Experience
1. Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
2. Previous experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to facilitate and coach teams in Agile practices and ceremonies.
5. Problem-solving skills to identify and address impediments that hinder the team's progress.
6. Leadership and conflict resolution abilities to guide the team and resolve conflicts effectively.
7. Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
8. Experience in managing product backlogs and sprint planning activities.
9. Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
10. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are often preferred.
