What is the purpose of the role :
The role sits within our Client Success team, which owns clients relationships’ and delivers insights, actionable recommendations regarding advertisers’ media activity, as well as wide range of ad-hoc and ongoing consultancy projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Key activities :
- Confidently present and provide advice to clients across a variety of media channels both offline and digital
- Media performance analysis, collating and interpreting data, and providing insights to clients
- Media management, which involves helping to deliver a range of consultative work to clients (e.g., client training; pre-flight campaign support; media agency pitch management and media process assessments)
- Focal point for agency contacts to resolve most issues.
- Providing client account management support, assisting client leads in commercial decisions, contract renewals, and client business planning
- Assisting client leads in identifying opportunities to expand our remit with key clients, and introducing them to other Ebiquity services
- Support some product development and enhancement
- Working in a collaborative model you will drive your projects leading the team
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What will you bring to the role :
You will likely have 3-5 years of experience within the media industryYou will have a strong working knowledge of media off line & digital channels and, ideally, you have already bought media campaignsYou are fluent in English to manage international clients & deal with media topics across territoriesYou will be a confident and enthusiastic presenter (making simple, complex concepts)You will possess excellent analytical skillsYou will have comprehensive Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, PowerBI is a plusYou are organised and agile to jump on various topicsBenefits
