Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities :

Accounting :

  • Main point of contact for suppliers and customers, customer requests processing
  • Customer invoicing & cash collection
  • Supplier invoicing processing & payments
  • Bank statement bookkeeping
  • Intercompany invoicing, forex & reconciliation
  • Involvement in month / quarter / year end activities
  • Salesforce Vendor set-up
  • Tax deadlines monitoring

Admin support :

  • Office management : event organization, building maintenance, mail management
  • Payroll management by partnering with the external certified accountant (holidays, sick leaves, meal vouchers)
  • Directors Admin support (expenses, meeting / trip planification)
  • Group point of contact on HR topics
  • Employee benefits management : Car lease, phones, Insurance, PEE, PER
  • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Profile & qualifications

  • Accounting experience within France
  • Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent in French and English
