Job Opportunity : Flight Instructor (M / F / X)

Purpose of the Job

The Flight Instructor will train and mentor future helicopter pilots focusing on multiengine operations and advanced techniques such as HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Services) and NVGs (Night Vision Goggles). The role ensures adherence to aviation safety standards while fostering skill enhancement for trainees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide theoretical and practical instruction on HEMS operations.
  • Train pilots on NVG usage in complex scenarios.
  • Conduct training flights (day night and simulator sessions).
  • Assess pilots competencies in safety mission management and onboard systems.
  • Update and adapt training programs in line with EASA standards and technological advances.
  • Maintain accurate training records and certifications.

Working Relationships

  • Reports to the Head of Training (ATO).
  • Collaborates with instructors trainees administrative staff and maintenance teams.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Helicopter pilot license (CPL(H) VFR) with FI(H) and / or TRI(H) instructor ratings.
  • Experience with helicopters like EC135 EC145 or AW109.
  • Proficiency in aviation regulations (PartFCL EASA).
  • Expertise in emergency risk training and NVG operations.
  • Aviation English Level 4 or above.

    • Location : ALBERTVILLE France

    Compensation : 72000 to 100000 annually depending on experience.
