About the Role :

You will be your clients' advisor, ensuring they maximize the value of our product by providing guidance and support tailored to their needs. You will proactively address their issues in order to champion customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Participate in pre-sales meetings with Sales when needed to address and answer specific questions regarding implementation, deployment and success.
  • Understand the expectations of its customers and ensure that the tool is configured to meet the needs identified during the kickoff and onboarding on the platform.
  • Obtain a perfect knowledge of its customers and their needs and drive them in the use of the platform.
  • Conduct monthly reviews, QBR and ABR to ensure client's ROO (Return on Objectives) are being met.
  • Be responsible for good customer relationships and the continuous growth of the use of the platform
  • Build a long-lasting relationship with its customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team in order to promote additional sales

Be the customer's ambassador within Rise Up

Manage and respond to crisis situations while maintaining CS

Project Management :

  • Manage digital learning projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • What You'll Bring To The Team :

  • In-depth knowledge of product (features, sales, etc.)
  • Customer centricity
  • Experience in client onboarding process
  • Project management : experience in multiple projects management at the same time
  • Data-driven, KPI and result-focus
  • Good knowledge of Hubspot and Zendesk
  • Team Spirit : work with the sales (for renew / upsell)
  • Ownership : take transversal subjects to help other team members
  • Saas B2B experience
  • Learning industry experience is a huge plus
