Regeneron is entering a new chapter in its growth phase with the new opening as a Regional Sales Manager South Respiratory - Directeur / rice Régional(e) Paris & Région Est Respiratoire - France to lead the sales team within a specific geographical region according to company / alliance goals and objectives with the aim of accelerating growth and bringing innovative medicines. As Directeur(rice) Régional(e) Paris & Région Est / Regional Sales Manager Paris & Eastern Region - Respiratoire Immunologie - France, a typical day might include the following :

Leading and coaching the Sales Specialist Team a designated area through appropriate leadership. Provide relevant feedback, coaching, training interventions, development planning, and talent management to ensure team success.

Sharing best practice by identifying the most effective methodologies and share these insights with the Sales Specialist team.

Expand Regeneron reputation and relationships with Key HCPs.

Providing input into Regional and Local Account plans, ensuring plans are operationalised with clear tactical plans assigned to each team members.

Ensuring sales targets and goals are met through effective management and deployment of resources.

Acting in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice and Regeneron SOP’s.

This role might be for you if :

Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry - Demonstrable account management experience with proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry

You will co-create and embed a high-performance team culture aligned to Regeneron’s vision, values, and strategic direction. You will manage a team within a designated region, and effectively coach and performance manage the sales team to deliver commercial goals.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, or the social, biological, or physical sciences required.

You speak French fluently. Any additional language skills an advantage.

You are passionate about Team Management, with strong ability to manage & coach sales team, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

You are committed to work in collaboration and develop excellent partnership internally & externally, previous experience in an alliance is highly desired.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience in Immunology, ideally in Pulmonology. You are comfortable with regular travel and have a valid driver's license. Conversational English would be desirable, but not required. Join us, as we build a future, we believe in.
