Head of Digital Marketing

As the leader in language travel, with thirteen offices in France, including our headquarters in middle of Paris, we are looking for new talent to strengthen our visibility among future learners. Motivated, creative, and ready to make a difference? This role is for you!

Job Description

Are you passionate about digital marketing and strongly goal-oriented? We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing who is dynamic, proactive, and curious to lead our marketing investments in France.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

Responsibilities

  • Lead a marketing team of 10 talented coordinators and specialists, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute innovative digital strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage our audience in new ways.
  • Manage paid campaigns, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and social media to turn traffic into leads and followers into brand ambassadors.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and global marketing teams to align your vision with our objectives.
  • Use data to measure performance, refine strategies, and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure our content and messaging resonate with the local audience while maintaining the brand's global identity.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with agencies, media, and influencers to expand our reach.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor actions.
  • Organize events, webinars, and sponsorships to bring the EF brand to life.

    • Your Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, both online and offline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team
  • Passionate about marketing with focus on digital marketing
  • Data-driven and results-oriented - you love both spreadsheets and creative ideas
  • A natural leader, comfortable in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Experienced in creating engaging campaigns and generating leads
  • Strong understanding of the French digital market
  • Fluent in French, which is used daily in the office
  • Fluent in English, required for global meetings
