Spiral product leader (F / H / N)

In our Business Unit Welded Solutions, we are seeking for a high-flying Product Leader to take in charge our Spiral Heat Exchangers product line. Our Spiral heat exchangers enjoy a true leadership on a broad spectrum of applications, both in the energy and food industry, where they are positioned as true problem solvers. Driven by the shift in the energy mix and being a major element of our product portfolio, we have great ambitions for this range of products! The successful candidate will be able to strengthen and grow the product line in 4 dimensions : product experience, product marketing, innovation and business leadership.

Job responsibilities

• Be the owner of the product line and act as fully responsible in every aspect of the company : Sales & Marketing, Operations, Innovation, etc.
• Initiate and drive any strategic initiative in relation with your product line
• Structure our offering, deploy our presence globally and offer a high-level product experience
• Build a 5-year product plan with focus on sustainable growth.
• Define, develop and launch new product offers based on customer value creation.
• Interface with most of company’s departments to reach your goals : sales network, R&D, marketing, operations, etc.
• Visits our customers globally to measure satisfaction and answer their needs
• Measure and develop the customer share that we currently enjoy

Profile

Seasoned leader with experience both in product management and business management, you have ideally an international experience and present a good knowledge about our business, especially within the process industries and the energy markets. You have the drive and the ambition to lead an established product line to new heights. We are looking for a person with good communication skills, open to work in matrix organization. Leadership, change management and XXX will be key to succeed in this role.
