What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Project Manager , you’ll ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing Projects
  • Oversee all phases of your projects, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are respected, and clients are satisfied.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and address potential issues proactively.
  • Collaborating with Teams
  • Work closely with technical, product, and sales teams to align project goals with client needs.
  • Act as the connector, ensuring smooth communication and teamwork across departments.
  • Enhancing Client Experiences
  • Build strong relationships with clients to help them maximize the benefits of EDICIA’s solutions.
  • Solve challenges, answer questions, and ensure a seamless experience from the start.
  • Onboarding New Clients
  • Guide new clients through integrating EDICIA’s solutions into their operations.
  • Ensure they have a smooth transition and are set up for success.

Who You’ll Be Working With

  • Customer Success Team : Collaborate with Caroline and her team to deliver excellent support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Team : Partner with Stéphane’s team to handle technical challenges and ensure smooth implementations.
  • Product Team : Share client feedback with Sébastien’s team to help shape the future of EDICIA’s solutions.
