Flim is the best tool for iconographic search, we empower creatives from all around the world to find inspiration and help them build their next big thing. We’re rooted in the current revolution of image generation through deep learning and using innovation to create the next era of product for creatives.

Our SaaS platform serves the best creative from all around people of the world across a variety of industries including Hollywood, Music production, Video Games or Fashion. Founded in 2020, we count today more than 20K users per week and more than 4000 paying customers worldwide - including A24, Publicis, Apple, Jacquemus, BETC among many others. We currently employ 20 people at our office in Paris and expect to double this number in the next 12 months.

Tasks

YOUR ROLE WILL BE

  • We are looking for a person to work in our Sales Team as an Account Manager.
  • You will manage strategic accounts and handle customer service requests.
  • As a member of the sales team, you will report to Vincent, our CSO.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE

  • Ensure day-to-day support on a portfolio of premium clients' accounts
  • Upsell our product to current our clients' accounts
  • Sell our product to new clients
  • Make sure our clients find an answer to every question they may have
  • Make sure our clients' requests are handled and clients are satisfied
  • Prospect for new clients and generate new leads

  • You are organized and motivated
  • You like taking care of customers, making sure they find a solution to their problems
  • You know how to manage client expectations and requests
  • You are eager to sell licenses to premium clients and contribute to the company's growth
  • You want to be a proactive part of Flim’s success by selling our solution to new clients
  • You like to analyze and understand customers' behavior, and you are not afraid to call them to ask them questions
  • You like cinema, audiovisual in general
  • Fluent in English & French
  • You already have an experience in start-up (or not ;-)
