The company is currently looking to strengthen its teams by recruiting a :

Senior Software Engineer

based in the Paris region)

TASKS :

Design, develop and maintain embedded software for an implantable medical device ;
Conceptualization and prototyping of new technologies and support for existing software ;
Development of solutions for low-power, battery-operated microcontrollers with RF communication functions, e.g. BLE, LoRA ;
Determine design feasibility, evaluate and select optimum design alternatives ;
Detailed design of software functionalities, development of software and tests to verify device requirements ;
Creation of coding standards and unit tests ;
Work with development partners ;
Contribute to the creation of a robust set of documentation to demonstrate that products are safe, effective and compliant with relevant standards, i.e. ISO , EN , ISO ;
Write and execute unit test plans for firmware components ;
Strong report writing skills to document process development and qualification ;
Maintain Design History Files (DHFs) in accordance with established procedures, ensuring DHFs are accurate, complete and well organized.

Additional Tasks :

Supporting V&V team for Software tests.

Profil

Education :

Master's in electronic engineering or equivalent (highly experienced technician possible).

Technical skills :

SPICE analog circuit simulation ;

Understanding of electrical diagrams and specifications ;

Familiar with microcontroller peripherals such as PWM, ADC, DAC, Timers and GPIOs

Familiar with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc ;

Proficiency in C / C++ ;

Familiar with real-time operating systems, IDEs, programmers and general debugging tools ;

Familiar with version management systems, e.g. Git ;

A good level of English for reading and writing documents is required ;

Experience with Bluetooth LE 4.1 and 5.x : programming peripheral and central devices ;

Knowledge of static and dynamic code verification tools is a plus.
