Summary of the Role

The Change Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of the FNICAP Change Management Plan and ensures that all Stakeholders involved in the process are kept up to date with progress of all submitted Changes.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing review of the FNICAP Change Management Plan.
  • Ensure that the Change Register is kept up to date and accurately reflects the status of Change within the Project.
  • Monitoring of all Project Changes to Close-out ensuring that any outstanding issues are progressed in a timely manner
  • Support the management of the Change Committee.
  • Presentation of metrics to the Senior Project Team regarding Change within the Project on a regular basis.
  • Establish if there are trends for submitted Change and highlight these to Senior Project Team for review.
  • Continual and effective liaison with Project Stakeholders.
  • Regular review of the Project Portfolio on the CEMAR Contract Management Software Package.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience of establishing and building strong relationships to build creditability, whilst being able to challenge and influence
  • others to move towards a common vision / goal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, being able to stay resilient and tenacious, taking personal accountability to deliver to targets.
  • Demonstrable organisational and planning skills.
  • Commercially astute with a familiarity of project management skillsets.
  • Change Management certification is desirable.
  • Knowledge of HMNB Clyde and its complex operating environment would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of the CEMAR Contract Management Software Tool.
  • Understanding of the NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract.
