ACTIVITIES
1 - Organize the market consultation & negotiate fabrication contracts (with capacity reservation if required) for offshore wind packages :
Prepare tender deliverables.
Administrate and run the call for tender.
Qualify suppliers.
Negotiate contractual terms and conditions / variations in agreements,
Present outcomes to management. Deliverables = Memos / Presentation + Negotiated contracts (Agreement & Exhibit) for offshore wind packages
2 - Support the procurement strategy for OFW
Consolidate market intelligence for this procurement segment.
Consolidate supplier intelligence for foundations suppliers.
Run multidisciplinary workshops (structural engineers, legal experts, project engineers). Deliverables = Memos / Presentation
3 - Support various renewables projects for contract engineering and contract expertise coordination in PreFID phase.
Deliverables = CFTs / Templates.
Main activities shall be managed like a project to execute (timelines, costs, quality, sustainability / HSE) in an international context.
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
The services will be performed within the Projects support entity of the Client Global Procurement. This entity supports different actors and product lines across a wide typology of projects. It also supports the Client' transition to becoming a multi-Energy company, particularly by assisting with engineering and EPC service procurement related to the OneTech direction and projects.
NB. minimum 8 / 10years in EPC contracts engineering and administration (Experience in offshore wind contracts is a must. Other experiences in renewables contracts are preferred. Experiences in various types of contract templates are expected : NEC, BIMCO, FIDIC...)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proficiency in Power BI is welcome.
Experience in complex construction contracts negotiation.
Strong contractual background & skills.
Strong Knowledge in EPC / FIDIC contracts.
Analytical and synthesis abilities, rigor.
Graduated from an engineering or business school - bachelor's degree as minimum.
Fair knowledge of energy-related challenges and industrial construction techniques.
Contractual and commercial negotiations with industrial equipment manufacturers and / or major construction project stakeholders.
Minimum 8 / 10 years of demonstrated experience in industrial procurement / contracts engineering, ideally in the energy sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work cross-functionally, flexibility.
Robust understanding of industrial projects in Oil&Gas or Renewables energies.
