Ponticelli Frères, an international industrial group serving companies in

the oil and gas sector, is looking for an Offshore Preparator as part of an

increase in activity.

The role will involve the following activities :

• formatting work procedures using Power Point, validating them and
• passing them on to the client ;
• being able to draw up simple structural and piping plans in iso (even

by hand) and launch the prefab using on-board workshops, monitoring

progress including painting in order to estimate the installation

each job, updating progress in an Excel table (entering data only, no

approvals and fabrication. 2 / 3-year technical degree (BTS CRCI / Licence Pro structures métalliques) and 5 years' solid experience in maintenance work in the metallurgy sector. A hands-on person who has already taken part in the assembly of piping or offshore structures and who has basic IT skills. (World, Excel, Powerpoint) Self-motivated person who has already worked in the oil industry (offshore is better). Someone who is willing to complete an urgent project outside normal working hours on an exceptional basis. Ability to read isometric / structural / PID drawings. Fluency in English (knowledge of French and Portuguese would be a plus). Be rigorous and methodical in the various follow-up files. Have a basic knowledge of piping, including fittings, flanges, joints, valves, etc. o Have an understanding of structures, and be familiar with the various profiles o Have an understanding of NDT
