Position
The EMEA Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for the definition, localization and execution of Performance Marketing strategy across 30 countries, including the activation of performance media campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social), the roll-out of efficient CRM activations and the deployment of SEO local actions, that will directly contribute to the E-commerce revenue growth and omnichannel client development.
The role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with central, regional and local stakeholders across multiple departments, and particularly Media, Social Media, PR, Data and CRM.
You will also be supported by external strategic partners (media agencies and platforms) and manage a team of 3 talents.
Job responsibilities
1. Lead the Regional Performance Marketing strategy to support the local
E-commerce & omnichannel development.
- Build and localize the strategic yearly animation plan, jointly with Business and Communication teams, that will support the local objectives for each seasonal collection launch and key commercial event, to brief local Media agencies accordingly for media plan strategy and campaigns execution.
- Jointly work with the Media team in defining the yearly budget allocation by country and by channel to match with the E-commerce sales and profitability objectives and revising those on a monthly and quarterly basis based on actual performances & trends.
- Define and execute a client centric targeting strategy in partnership with CRM and Data teams, working on audience segmentation and building efficient user journeys across Paid Media and E-mails channels, to recruit new clients and develop existing ones.
- Contribute to the regional and local development of SEO & on-site search initiatives (including notably regular semantic audit, defining local pages requirements and building SEO / SEA’ synergies), with the support of the Global SEO & Search team.
2. Build a Profitable Performance Marketing framework.
- Translate the yearly local commercial objectives into key expected results (traffic, CVR, revenue, ROAS) across Paid & Organic Marketing channels (SEA, Social, Display, Affiliates, E-mail, SEO) and organized by market cluster (regrouping 30 countries).
- Ensure each Media Agency conduct frequent campaign performance assessment recommend budget re-allocation and strategy adjustments when relevant, to maximize campaign performances (e.
g. revenue and profitability)
- Build a collaborative work-streams with the Global Media & Performance Marketing teams, the local Media agencies and tactical partners to identify new business opportunities leveraging innovation and specific projects that can support specific local needs or solve pain points.
- Share efficiently campaign results and best practices to relevant regional and global stakeholders.
Profile
- Minimum 7 years Media & Marketing experience, ideally in the Luxury Fashion industry, with a strong background in E-commerce and Performance Media, campaign measurement, analytics and data management.
- Proven experience with media activation in social platforms (Meta, Snapchat, X, Pinterest, TikTok, ), Paid Search (Google Adwords), E-mailing and Organic Search, and strong relationships and knowledge of key media platforms, publishers and tech partners.
- Digitally fluent, with the ability to translate sophisticated and technical media concepts into clear and useful language.
- Strong business and team player mindset, experience planning / parleying cross-channel partnerships.
- Demonstrate a passion and understanding of the luxury category.
- Detail oriented and highly organized; able to prioritize and lead multiple simultaneous projects and manage complex relationships.
