Lead complete SAP ECC programs across all phases: Blueprint → Realization → Final Prep → Go‑Live → Support.
Establish program governance structure, steering committees, RAIDs, KPIs, and escalation mechanisms.
Ensure alignment with business strategy, digital roadmap, and enterprise architecture.
Stakeholder & Executive Management where act as primary contact between C‑level executives, business leaders, and delivery teams.
Facilitate leadership updates, steering committee meetings, and decision-making forums.
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive change adoption.
Define program scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and quality targets.
Monitor status, risks, dependencies, and track overall program health.
Lead multi-stream delivery (OTC, PTP, RTR, EWM, TM, MDG, Integration, Testing, Data, Cutover).
Manage a multi-disciplinary team including functional consultants, technical teams, architects, testers, and data teams.
Oversee SI/vendor operations, SLAs, deliverables, and performance.
Coordinate across global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models.
Ensure process harmonization, template adoption, and alignment with S/4HANA best practices.
Govern overall design decisions, cross-stream impacts, and architecture consistency.
Drive quality assurance: stage gates, QA reviews, defect governance, and deployment readiness.
Manage program financials: budget planning, burn rate, forecasting, and cost optimization.
Oversee contracts, SOWs, change requests, and vendor invoices.
Lead cutover planning, deployment readiness, go-live decisioning, and business sign‑offs.
Ensure smooth hypercare delivery and transition to AMS or Business‑As‑Usual (BAU).
Partner with OCM teams to ensure communication, training, and business readiness.
Support end-user enablement, training strategies, and adoption monitoring.
Must have 15 + years of proven leadership of large SAP ECC implementation or rollout programs.
Background in industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, or High-Tech.

SAP Project Management certification (Good to Have).
