Your Mission

To accelerate our growth in France and internationally, we are looking for our next Growth Marketing Apprentice.

Here are the main responsibilities we'd like to entrust you with:

🔍 LEAD GENERATION

• Identify companies and contacts to fuel the sales team's outreach pipeline, using the right tools and social media platforms.

• Integrate new contacts into our CRM (HubSpot).

• Support the sales team in managing and organizing prospect contact lists.

• Manage multi-channel nurturing campaigns to maintain relationships with our prospects and encourage them to reach out: emailing, ads, and more.

• Track and analyze nurturing campaign performance to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

✍️ FRENCH & ENGLISH WEBSITE CONTENT

• Drive the editorial calendar by identifying topics to cover in blog articles and product pages.

• Create content briefs for you or one of our copywriters to write.

• Publish content — blog articles, product pages, and more — on WordPress on a weekly basis.

📈 PAID CAMPAIGNS

• Monitor performance and optimize our Google Ads campaigns (search, performance max, and lead gen).

• Build new campaigns: keyword research, writing ad copy, and selecting visuals.

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled in a marketing-focused program (Master's degree level) at a university or business school

• You are fully comfortable in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level. An international experience is a strong plus

• You are Known for your curiosity, ambition, and genuine desire to learn and challenge yourself.

• You are able to adapt, embrace feedback, and always eager to understand how your work drives the bigger picture.

• You thrive working cross-functionally and enjoy collaborating with other teams (sales, communications, ...)

• You are able to organize and prioritize your work based on your manager's guidance.

• You have experience in content writing

• You have already led projects, whether during your studies or professionally.

• Knowledge of Semrush, WordPress, and Google Ads basics is a plus, if not, we'll train you!

Interview Process

HR Interview : A first 30-minute chat with Amélie, our HR Manager, to get to know each other.

Interview with Angélique (Marketing Manager and your future manager) : A 45-minute conversation to dive deeper into your experience and the role's responsibilities.

"TopGrading" Interview with Charlotte (VP Revenue) and Laëtitia (Communication Manager) : A 30-minute session to meet two other members of the Marketing team and ask all your questions.
