Social Media Intern

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Social Media Intern - fixed-term till the end of this year.

The role will focus on:
Moderation & Community Management

• Daily Monitor comments, mentions, and messages
• Triage and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders

Publishing Operations & Governance

• Daily support for Agorapulse approval workflows
• Perform pre-publication quality checks (guidelines, formatting, links, UTMs)

Social Media Ecosystem Management (Weekly)

• Identify and clean outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent pages and content
• Maintain a clean, consistent, and up-to-date digital footprint across platforms (LinkedIn,
X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business)

Social Media Execution

• Video content - (1–2 requests weekly)
Upload videos and apply optimization standards (titles, descriptions, tags, subtitles)
• Reporting & Performance – (Monthly)
Produce 2 monthly social media reports
• M&A Support – (Ad hoc / project-based)
Assist with social media channel consolidation during acquisitions

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, both from a publisher and end-user perspective (formats, algorithms, best practices, engagement mechanics)
• Proven ability to handle operational tasks with rigor and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data (reporting, performance tracking, basic analysis)
• Familiar with Social Media Management tool
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); native or with professional proficiency
• Interest in B2B marketing is a plus
• Preference for person to be based locally to ensure smooth day-to-day collaboration and willingness to come to the office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - ensures precision and structured execution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within structured processes and governance frameworks.
• Reliable, autonomous, and accountable in executing assigned tasks.
