Your Mission – Product Manager Assistant Intern

We are seeking a motivated and scientifically inclined Product Manager Assistant  to join our dynamic and international team. Reporting directly to the Global Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the launch and promotion of Okomera’s cutting-edge products. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to key activities including user research, content creation, and marketing execution, gaining invaluable experience in product management and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Development for Product Launch

  • Scientific Materials : Develop clear and compelling scientific content tailored for diverse audiences, including researchers, clinicians, and industry stakeholders.
  • Tutorials and User Guides : Create product tutorials, guides, and FAQs to support user adoption.
  • Testimonial and User Video Interviews : Coordinate and conduct interviews with users and clinicians to capture impactful testimonials and insights, transforming them into marketing and training materials.
  • Leadership Collaboration : Work closely with the Product Manager and leadership team to align content with strategic goals.
  • 2 . Strategic and Operational Product Launch Support

  • Event Preparation : Prepare promotional materials for events, webinars, and product demonstrations.
  • Sales Enablement Tools : Develop resources such as datasheets, presentations, and case studies to support the sales team.
  • Product Launch Coordination : Assist in the execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring timely delivery of all launch activities.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Scientific Expertise : A background in biotech, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field (Master 2 / BAC+5) with an interest in marketing and product management.
  • Content Creation Skills : Strong ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging content.

  • Organizational Savvy : Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Languages : Fluency in English is required; French is a strong advantage.
