Your position and environment
Our FORVIA Seating Business Group is looking for a Communications Apprentice based in Nanterre, France. Your role is to promote the image of this Business Group, and to ensure that its strategy and performance are well understood internally and externally.
The Communications Apprentice reports directly to the Business Group Communications Director.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
For internal communications, your main objective is to ensure employees are both informed and engaged with the Business Group's projects by :
- Writing articles about important events or projects, in line with the Business Group’s communication strategy.
- Assisting in the development of other communication materials (videos, infographics, etc.), for multiple channels (intranet, events…)
- Coordinating the Business Group’s editorial agenda, working closely with Seating’s network of communications experts and key contacts
- Publishing the Business Group’s internal weekly newsletter
- Managing relationship with suppliers and service providers (communication & translation agencies, graphic designers, video agencies...)
- Helping organizing a number of internal events, both digital and physical
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for digital communication tools, identifying and implementing optimizations.
Externally, your role will be to build, develop and promote the Business Group's global reputation and image in a positive and consistent manner by
Participating in the creation and updating of product messaging platformsContribute to cross-company communication projects, in line with the FORVIA’s external communication strategy.Your profile and competencies to succeed
Currently pursuing a degree in Communications (from a Business or Journalism School, or University)Looking for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship contractNative English : excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading verbal communication skills.
