We are currently looking for a Commercial Assistant to join us at Ellesmere Port!
Local labour preferred, however, not essential
Fixed term project contract for approx. 12 - 18 months

Main Activities :
Provision of relevant administrative support to the team
Producing correspondence, reports and other documents as required
Managing filing systems
Inputting of data on to spreadsheets and database
Administrative and commercial tasks as and when required
Raising and processing of sub-contracting applications
Provide support to the site Quantity Surveyor
Payroll processing
Sub-contractor documentation
Attendance of site meetings when required
Qualifications / Experience :
Experienced and relevant experience in administration gained within a busy environment
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Good communication skills / excellent telephone manner
Good organisational skills, ability to manage time well
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high degree of efficiency
