We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management OR Order Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and implementing ServiceNow modules to enhance our strategic portfolio OR order management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Strategic Portfolio Management OR Order Management modules.
• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of ServiceNow modules.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously improve our processes.
