As a People & Culture Business Partner / PMO (m / f / d) of the newly established P&C Business Partnering Team for GTM you are supporting the P&C BP Lead for GotoMarket in drivingcrossfunctional strategic and transformative initiatives for the of SAPs people agenda across the GotoMarket Business Areas.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Defining and implementing all aspects of P&C programs and strategic projectse.g. location strategy strategic workforce planning for corporate functions) including concept development planning status updates coordination with key stakeholders and overseeing on budget on time and successful .
• Driving key deliverables and monitoring key performance measures of strategic projects independently.
• Developing and maintaining effective business partnerships serving as a consultant in strategic and tactical approaches for all GTM areas.
• Collaborating extensively across the worldwide P&C network to create impact for our business within CS and CS&D.
• Engaging with internal clients / business to deeply understand the business needs for successful transformation.
