The Opportunity : Territory Manager – France (Agriculture)

To strengthen our position in France’s agricultural market , we are looking for a Territory Manager with expertise in used agricultural machinery. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the agriculture equipment business, a strong existing network, and a hunger to grow.

As Territory Manager, you will offer tailored solutions to prospects and customers for selling used agricultural equipment principally by unreserved auction. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using market data and pricing insights to guide clients toward the best disposition strategy—whether through auction but also Marketplace-E (Negotiated Sale), or listing. Your understanding of machinery value, condition, and pricing will be key to your success.

You’ll build long-term relationships, understand customer needs, and adapt solutions to create recurring business. Your goal-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit will help you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You Will Be Accountable For :

• Selling multi-channel solutions within the assigned agricultural territory in France
• Identifying geographic areas and sectors with growth potential
• Growing sales through new business development and recurring customer relationships
• Developing strategic plans to secure potential customers
• Maintaining and updating your Playbook regularly
• Coordinating with the “Win Team” to ensure seamless execution of sales, including support from operations, administration, valuations, and field marketing
