John Cockerill and Technip Energies, two industrial leaders in the hydrogen market, announced the launch of Rely, a unique provider of integrated and competitive green hydrogen solutions.

Rely will address the market for industrial and utility scale projects with the ambition to reach revenues of more than €1 billion by 2030.

Headquartered in Brussels, Rely is 60%-owned by Technip Energies, 40%-owned by John Cockerill, and led by Damien Eyriès from Technip Energies as Chief Executive Officer.

From inception, the new company will benefit from the service of more than 200 hydrogen specialists.

Controlling at each step the cost of production of molecules is key for the Rely strategy and competitiveness of our offer in all markets

Your missions :

The Rely Digital Workplace Technician oversees supporting RELY employees in their day-to-day activities with digital tools, and acts as a reliable and efficient primary point of contact to troubleshoot technical and functional questions related to IT.

Help, diagnose, track, repair, and maintain all the layers of hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems.

The main scope of responsibilities of the Rely Digital Workplace Technician :

Workplace Management

  • Onboarding : Providing IT guidance to newcomers and supporting them in handling their workstation and workspace in the tenant.
  • Ensuring equipment and workspace installation for employees (internal and subcontractors).
  • Ensuring the inventory of computer and telephone equipment related to the workstation.
  • Ensuring all AV and IT equipment is working correctly at all sites
  • Issuing requests for substantial preventive actions.

Incident Management

  • Receiving and managing incidents or user-reported difficulties, ensuring their resolution by appropriate resources.
  • Addressing first-level incidents or anomalies : diagnosing, identifying, providing information, resolving, and formulating solutions.
  • Monitoring the resolution progress of user requests.
  • Using the incident database for reminders, consolidation, and trend analysis.
  • Support and training

  • Supporting users on Application usage (Office 365, ERP, Travels, Expenses...)
  • Reporting any abnormal incidents to the hierarchy.
  • Managing the IT Knowledge base
  • Handling maintenance requests, either remotely or on-site
  • Creating and maintaining user documentation, provide training of IT policies
  • Ensuring support is handled in a timely manner in accordance with SLAs

  • You are preparing a degree in engineering / technology / IT.
  • You are highly motivated by energy solutions for decarbonization.
  • You're a curious person.
  • Customer support-oriented.
  • You have an appetite for technological developments.
  • You have the ability to work on cross-functional issues.
  • The position duration is 1-year (6 months for internship), starting January 2025. The position reports to RELY IT Manager and is located in Paris; some travels are expected frequently in Belgium.
