Description de poste1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design and / or motion design Very good command of motion tools (After Effects, Figma Motion, Premiere Pro, etc.) Excellent skills in graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) Video editing skills (short formats, reels, teasers, educational content) Ability to produce content quickly and adapt it to social media formats Genuine interest in branding and visual identity Knowledge of Webflow is a plus (not mandatory) €35k - €40k salary + competitive stock options Office : in the heart of Paris, 2nd arrondissement (Quatre Septembre) Best-in-class set-up : latest-generation MacBook Health insurance : 100% covered by Spiko ? As a Graphic Designer at Spiko
You will design and produce visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms (landing pages, product illustrations, motion / video assets).
You will work closely with the marketing team and contribute to the overall visual consistency of the brand, in collaboration with the Lead Product Designer.
Responsibilities
- Create static and animated content for social media (posts, short videos, etc.)
- Produce visual assets for the web and marketing campaigns (illustrations, product visuals, banners, etc.)
- Edit and create video / motion content when needed (teasers, onboarding, educational content, youtube, etc.)
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity and design guidelines
- Work with the marketing team on creative concepts and visual storytelling, ideally someone who can handle most of the ads ideation process independently.
- Stay up to date with design and motion trends (creative monitoring and benchmarking)
- Implement and update marketing pages on Webflow,
