WHAT YOU WILL DO
Campaign performance / analysis :
- Ensure optimal performance for our customers' retargeting campaign by performing pre-launch / post-launch analysis
- Conduct regular audits of accounts and continuous optimization of campaign performance and scale
- Ensure best-in-class strategies are applied across our customer accounts, relying on custom analysis and historical best practices
- Address requests submitted by the Account management team in a timely and high-quality manner
- Support Account management team in building and presenting QBR decks to customers
- Management of junior team members.
Campaign management :
- Manage, review and perform daily account responsibilities (budget and performance monitoring)
- Launch of new campaigns
- Work closely with Technical Solutions engineers and Product to resolve issues.
WHO YOU ARE
You will be a good fit to join the Campaign Management team at Adikteev if you have :
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in AdTech and / or Gaming
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Very good command of MS Office (PPT, Excel) & Google Suite; SQL is a plus.
- A good command of English (C1); French, Russian, Chinese or Korean is a plus.
- Strong business and analytical skills, great attention to detail and independent problem solver.
- Strong process, organizational and time management skills
- You work in a customer-oriented fashion
