About the Role
We’re looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support our cutting-edge DVS (Dynamic Vapor Sorption) systems across France and parts of Europe.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and service advanced scientific instruments at customer sites
- Troubleshoot hardware / software issues and ensure uptime and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with users, offering training and support
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide technical insight when needed
- Document service activities and track performance
