Fast Transformation company. We are seeking Director position to support Strategy and Business Transformation execution. Corporate position, worldwide. Needs Support the leadership team in defining and communicating the IT Strategy and Business Platform master plan (vision, roadmap, progress and value) Lead transversal activities of the team and follow the execution of the action plans Lead key projects within the IT Strategy and Business Missions Facilitate the acceleration of the Global IT Operating Model deployment, enhancing CIO visibility and IT efficiency across Business Domains Formalise the portfolio of solutions and their value propositions, on a range of Business areas Advised and supported TOM projects while standardizing key cross-functional roles and aligning local IT teams responsibilities Liaise with Business Relationship Managers, Business Advisory teams and group regions teams to define their deployment roadmaps Ensure platform delivery roadmaps are aligned to deliver the value proposition Prepare and participate to the key decision bodies to ensure that short and mid-term priorities and delivery plans are aligned .... Skills Experience in strategy consulting firm or Digital Strategy / Business Consulting role into large corporate organizations Proven track record on communication of IT Master Plans Expertise and proven success on managing transformation program Director Position / 300K employee
