WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Answer logistics related questions from sales colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. Process and arrange book-ins with customer's and schedule deliveries to arrive on-time. Follow up inquiries and track the record until the case has been resolved.
- Takes the necessary steps to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the status of shipments by checking multiple sources such as carrier web tracking, load planning files, excel reports or leveraging direct contact to the forwarder.
- Maintain reporting with shipment related data such as ETAs, ATAs and non-conformities based on predefined reason codes. Ensure the report is populated with the most recent available data to enable proper KLPI-based performance measurements.
- Identify return inquiries and process them until goods are received back at the warehouse and the customer has received his credit. Process claims against third party logistics providers using the SAP Claim Handling System and follow up the created Accounts Receivables.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Formal education as logistics specialist, or equivalent working experience
Minimum 3+ years experience in working with data from ERP systems SAP, Oracle etc.)
Advanced in working with MS O5 Suite inkl. MS Teams / Sharepoint / Outlook
Advanced Excel skills incl. VLOOKUP formulas and pivot tables
Proper methods to structure and prioritize workload
Strong command of the English language
